Order Cancellation

All costumes on our site are hand made. Once the processing starts, it will be difficult to stop on half way. Please check and make sure before you make an order with us. 

We understand that you may in speical occasion. If you truly need to cancel the order, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

For All Costumes:

- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund,

- Orders cancelled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting  of the full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price .

 - Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.

 - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

For Wigs and Shoes or Other Accessories Category:

- Orders cancelled within 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund, 

- Orders cancelled 48-72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price, 

- Orders cancelled after 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of only the full shipping cost, 

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
